Wherever the call is coming from, the coordinator geolocates the truck via the 24/7 button in the vehicle cab* (optional) and updates the driver on the Renault Trucks repairer’s arrival.

The repairs are carried out by technicians trained to roadside assistance specificities. They use dedicated diagnostic tools and operate with specially equipped vehicles.
